Chris Yurosko
Interventional Pulmonology Fellow
I completed my B.S. in Biology at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. I obtained my medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. My residency training was in Internal Medicine and Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
Clinically, I enjoy a wide range of diseases and the ability to work with colleagues in other specialties. I value working together to push the limits of medicine to help patients in the intensive care unit. I am also very drawn to the immense world of pulmonary medicine, particularly interventional pulmonology. I love to teach and work with students.
Personal: I was born in Parma, Ohio and stayed active in football through college. My wife, Alexandria and I welcomed our first child in January of 2020. Our son Flynn and our labradoodle keep us very busy! I love being outdoors and have a huge passion for snowboarding. Our family enjoys travel and cannot wait until we are able to plan our next trip.
