Third Year Fellow

Medical School: Kasturba Medical College, Manipal

Residency: Cook County Health, Chicago, Illinois

I’m originally from south India and travelled to the states for my residency training at Cook County, Chicago. I'm drawn to the clinical complexities of internal medicine, and I see pulmonary and critical care as a subspecialty that offers a similar breadth of clinical exposure with critical care, and the opportunity to delve deeper into a niche within pulmonary disease.

In my free time I enjoy working out and spending time with my friends. I also play the guitar, love going to concerts, and am a TV show/movie buff.

Fun fact: on my first trip to the United States, I flew east out of India on December 31st and ended up celebrating New Year’s twice; once in Japan, and again in Dallas.
